Online acceptance of university applications has begun at Gosuslugi

The Gosuslugi portal has started accepting online applications to Russian higher education institutions. This was announced on June 20 by the Ministry of Digital Affairs in the Maks messenger.

The department noted that it is possible to submit documents through the Online University Admission service. In the same place, applicants can monitor the competitive situation, confirm their consent to enrollment, choose an employer and apply for targeted training. For already enrolled students, it is possible to connect to chats with classmates.

At the same time, the results of the Unified State Exam are automatically transferred to the system, you do not need to download them manually. In addition, universities receive data on benefits and individual achievements of applicants through the service. Filters are also available for applicants to compare educational programs by form of study, number of budget places, passing scores from previous years, and other parameters.

In addition, starting this year, foreign citizens can apply to Russian universities online. To do this, they need to register in the ruID system and send the documents through the application or Gosuslugi.

So, in the new academic year, more than 620 thousand budget places are available.
