RIA Novosti: a "Black Book" of plants will appear in Russia
In 2026, Russian scientists intend to complete work on the "Black Book" of invasive plants that pose a threat to agriculture and forestry. This was announced on June 20 by Alexander Zakondyrin, Director of the Unified Scientific Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federal State Budgetary Institution VNII Ekologiya.
