Air defense forces destroyed eight Ukrainian UAVs in the sky over the Kaluga region

The Air Defense Forces destroyed eight Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over the Kaluga Region during the day. This was announced on June 19 by the governor of the region Vladislav Shapsha.

"During the day, the air defense forces destroyed eight more UAVs over the territory of Borovsky, Iznoskovsky, Kirovsky and Sukhinichi municipal districts, as well as on the outskirts of Kaluga," the Telegram channel said.

It is specified that specialists are working on the ground. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or damage as a result of the incident.

Clean air: training of interceptor drone operators has begun in the military

Anti-UAV training has been deployed in all military districts of the country.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces destroyed 50 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in six hours over the regions of Russia. The ministry stressed that the Ukrainian drones were eliminated over the Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk and Tver regions, as well as over the Moscow region, Crimea and the Black Sea.
