The Federal Property Management Agency again failed to realize a controlling stake in Yuzhuralzolot's (YUGK) assets. According to the data of the state information system "Auctions" on June 19, the application of the only bidder for participation in the fourth auction was rejected.

The only bidder was Innovation LLC, which submitted the documents on June 11. The application was reviewed on June 18, but the company was not allowed to participate in the auction.

A controlling stake in YUGK and related legal entities was put up for sale. The initial value of the lot was 162.02 billion rubles, while the minimum sale price was set at 81 billion rubles.
