The producer of rap hits, Tay Keith, died in the United States at the age of 29.

American music producer Tay Keith, who worked on the hits of rappers Travis Scott and Drake, has died at the age of 29. This was announced on June 18 by the press service of the Nashville police.

"He was found dead in his apartment on Martin Street this afternoon by police officers conducting a health check. The cause of death has not been established," the message says in X (ex. Twitter).

Tay Keith began his musical career as a teenager, posting his work on YouTube and specialized hip-hop platforms. Travis Scott's participation in the creation of Sicko Mode brought world fame to the producer. The track became one of the main rap hits of 2018, and in 2019 earned the author a Grammy Award nomination.

According to Billboard, during his professional career, Tay Keith participated in the creation of 11 songs that were in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Four of the producer's hits occupied the first place in this ranking.
