Athletics arena to be built in Cheboksary with participation of PSB

PSB will act as a partner of the project for the construction of an athletics arena in the capital of Chuvashia, the press service of the bank reported. The cooperation agreement was signed at the Chuvash Economic Forum by Dmitry Makeev, Deputy Chairman of the National Olympic Committee, Oleg Nikolaev, Head of the Chuvash Republic, Yuri Borzakovsky, First Vice President of the All-Russian Athletics Federation, and Denis Vasiliev, Executive Director of the Investment Development Agency of the Chuvash Republic.

The new sports facility will provide citizens with the necessary infrastructure for training and competitions, and will contribute to the development of mass sports and the training of athletes.

"PSB consistently supports projects aimed at improving the quality of life and creating modern social, including sports, infrastructure. The construction of the athletics arena in Cheboksary will be an important contribution to the development of the sports base of the Chuvash Republic, will expand opportunities for athletics, training athletes and promoting a healthy lifestyle among residents of the region. The implementation of such initiatives contributes to the creation of a comfortable living environment and opens up new opportunities for the development of sports," said Dmitry Makeev.

This facility will become not only a platform for training talented athletes and hosting major national and international events, but also an important leisure activity center for all residents of Chuvashia. The new arena will create new jobs, improve the infrastructure of the region and attract tourists, which will certainly improve the quality of life in our republic.
