Most likely, there will be no reaction from European capitals to the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a bus with children in the Bryansk region. This was announced on June 17 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, such incidents have repeatedly remained without public condemnation from European politicians.

"I want to assume that this tragedy will be ignored in European capitals again, that again we will not hear any words of condemnation from the leadership of European capitals, but this does not mean that we should give up," Peskov said in an interview with RT.

He also noted that Russia's response to such actions is to continue a special military operation aimed at ensuring the security of the country and its citizens. Peskov added that, in his opinion, there is no doubt that the Ukrainian side was involved in the attack and called the incident a targeted strike on civilian transport, stressing that drone operators could distinguish the nature of the target.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case on a terrorist act. Information about the incident was brought to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, which demanded an explanation from Kiev.
