Alexander Ilyin, a forecaster at the Meteo-TV forecasting center, told Izvestia on June 15 that Muscovites would have a cool and rainy working week, but the weather would improve by the weekend. He noted that it will get noticeably colder in the capital region from Tuesday to Thursday. Daytime temperatures will range from +15 to +19 degrees, and at night the thermometer will drop to +7... +12 degrees.
