Two people have been detained in Poland in connection with the murder of Russian artist Semyon Skrepetsky (real name Robert Kuzovkov). RMF24 radio station reported this on June 16.

"Two people have been detained in Byala Podlaska in connection with the fatal gunshot wound of a Russian citizen. The authorities are continuing to search for the perpetrator," the statement said.

It is noted that the Lublin branch of the National Prosecutor's Office will be involved in the investigation.

Yesterday it became known that a Russian citizen was killed in a street shooting in the Polish city of Biala Podlaska. According to law enforcement officers, a 44-year-old man died from gunshot wounds received at about 10:00 local time (11:00 Moscow time) on Koroleva Jadwiga Street. After a while it became known that the cartoonist Semyon Skrepetsky was killed in the shooting.
