The overhaul of the college "Moscow region" was completed in Khimki

Khimki has completed major repairs to the building of the Podmoskovye College, located at 59 Yubileyny Prospekt, the press service of the Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region reported on Monday, June 15.

As part of the overhaul, the contractor put the roof and facade of the building in order, completed the finishing of the premises. Engineering networks, plumbing, windows and doors were replaced.

According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the builders also modernized the food hall, installed new equipment and furniture. Landscaping works have been carried out on the adjacent territory, where specialists have updated sports and recreation areas.

The college will open its doors to students on September 1. Its renovation took place at the expense of the regional budget within the framework of the state program "Construction and overhaul of social infrastructure facilities".

In January, it was reported that in the Moscow Region in 2026, 135 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction and overhaul of social infrastructure facilities. We are talking about schools and kindergartens, polyclinics and hospitals, sports facilities and cultural institutions.
