A new school in the south-west of Krasnoyarsk is ready for 94%

In Krasnoyarsk, the construction of a new school in the Quiet Dawns neighborhood is coming to an end. The facility is 94% complete, according to the press service of the city Department of Urban Planning.

The building of the educational institution is already ready, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. Classrooms and other facilities are being equipped, laboratory tables and furniture are being imported.

A playground, an obstacle course and a motor city have been set up in the surrounding area, where children can learn the rules of the road. A stadium and sports fields will be built soon.

As part of the municipal-private partnership, safe access roads to the school will also be organized, with pedestrian crossings and traffic lights.

Acceptance of the facility will take place in July, and the opening by September 1. Already, 960 future students have been enrolled in the school, who will sit at their desks in the new walls.

Earlier it was reported that 28 schools and kindergartens have been built in Krasnoyarsk over the past 10 years. Among the facilities are schools in Bugach, Solnechny and Severny districts.
