U.S. Congresswoman recognizes the benefits of dialogue between Russia and the United States

US Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, after reports of a telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American leader Donald Trump, said on June 14 that the development of trade and diplomatic relations between the two countries benefits all parties.

"Peace, plus a trade deal, plus diplomatic relations, is good for everyone," she wrote on the social network.

According to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, Putin congratulated Trump on the phone, and the two leaders also had a friendly conversation. Ushakov noted that the call was informal and friendly. Putin, according to him, separately noted Trump's fighting qualities. The US President was touched by the congratulations and drew attention to the fact that the Russian president was the first head of state to call the White House with congratulations.
