One person was killed and 12 others were injured when a truck collided with a minibus in the Odintsovo city district of the Moscow region. This was announced on June 13 by a source of Izvestia.

The accident occurred on the 12th km of the Lutsinsky highway at about 14:30 Moscow time. According to the Moscow Region police, the truck driver drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a passenger Gazelle.

The identity of the deceased was not disclosed. The eyewitness footage shows that half of the truck's cabin on the driver's side was crumpled. The Gazelle turned over on its side as a result of the accident. The impact hit the left side of the hull, it is badly damaged.

"Currently, traffic police officers are taking measures on the spot aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident," the Moscow region police said on the Maks messenger.

Based on the results of the inspection, law enforcement officers will make a decision provided for by law.

On the evening of June 10, a serious accident occurred in Yekaterinburg. It was reported that four people, including one child, were killed in the accident. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation said on June 11 that the tragedy was provoked by a bus running a red light, and two criminal cases were also opened. The 49-year-old driver of the passenger vehicle and the 43-year-old director of the company that owned the car were detained.
