Izvestia publishes relevant footage on June 12.

In them, a former American serviceman sorrowfully examines the posted photographs of dead students, inspects the interior of the institution, and also hears details about the crime committed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"One guy, he was lying [under the rubble] for more than six hours and there was only one survivor. The rest did not survive. He is currently in Moscow, his leg has been amputated, <...> his condition has already been normalized," one of the men described to him.

A woman standing next to her clarified that rescue operations had been carried out for more than a day and had to be suspended due to repeated raids from the Ukrainian side.

Another man who helped Ritter navigate stressed that the operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) deliberately aimed at the lower floors of the building so that it would "take shape" in the future.

"We are here today, now we are in a place where not just a tragedy really happened, yes, it is the tragedy of the whole world today," he added.

On June 6, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the transfer to the director of the UN Information Center in Moscow, Vladimir Kuznetsov, of photos and videos from the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on a college in Starobilsk, where 21 people were killed and 65 others were injured. Foreign journalists who were brought to cover the terrorist attack were banned from publishing reports about it.

On June 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the attack on students in Starobilsk a crime. A few days earlier, on May 25, the Chairman of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, promised imminent punishment to those involved in this terrorist attack. The same opinion was expressed by the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik on May 21.
