Russia considers the military biological activities of the United States and its allies near the Russian borders as a potential threat to national security. The Kremlin's official representative, Maria Zakharova, told Izvestia on June 12.
"The Russian Federation considers the military biological activities carried out near our borders by the United States and its allies as a potential threat to national security. We have repeatedly stated serious risks in connection with the appearance of laboratories along our borders engaged in this activity with the assistance of the US military, affiliated organizations, as well as Washington's allies," Zakharova said in a response.
