On the same day, representatives of the Strong Armenia bloc, headed by businessman Samvel Karapetyan, arrived at the CEC building with a statement declaring the results of the parliamentary elections invalid.

According to preliminary results, as of June 8, the Civil Contract party of the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan won 49.81% of the vote on June 8, while Strong Armenia won 23.29%. It is expected that the final results of the political race will be announced on June 14.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on June 8 that the Kremlin was recording all reports of numerous violations in the parliamentary elections in Armenia. And on June 10, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, pointed out the unprecedented interference of the West during the elections in Armenia.
