The leaders of the virtual PBX market in Russia are named

The information and analytical agency TelecomDaily named the leaders of the virtual PBX market in terms of customer experience. The rating is based on a comprehensive assessment of the services, taking into account the importance of individual parameters and the level of their implementation.

MTS Exolve, a 100% subsidiary of MTS, took the first place in the integrated assessment and the NPS loyalty index. The company's NPS score was about 59%, reflecting the willingness of customers to recommend their provider. The rating also includes Mango Office, Rostelecom, Beeline, Megafon and other providers.

More than 1,000 business owners, company executives and their deputies participated in the study. They named reliability of communication (70% of respondents) and functionality (66%) as the main criteria for choosing a provider. In addition, respondents took into account ecosystem integration, the cost of services, speed and ease of connection, compatibility with CRM systems and the quality of technical support.

"Today, the VATS market is mature and highly competitive, so not only the set of functions, but also the customer experience becomes the decisive factor. The results of the study show that the business highly appreciates the quality of our services," commented Ramil Bikkuzhin, CEO of MTS Exolve.
