The Russian airline Pobeda is adjusting its flight schedule due to the closure of routes in the Moscow air zone and time restrictions that have been imposed on some airlines in southern Russia. This was announced on June 11 by the company's press service.

"Due to the introduction of time restrictions on the departure and arrival of aircraft at airports in southern Russia, as well as the prolonged closures of routes in the Moscow air zone, Pobeda is forced to adjust the flight schedule. Some flights were delayed or canceled," the Telegram channel said.

As added in the "Newspaper.Ru", now all services are working in an enhanced mode. At the same time, customer service and communication of information to them is provided in accordance with the applicable federal aviation regulations and internal standards of the carrier.

It is emphasized that the air carrier recommended that passengers check the status of their flight in advance by submitting an application in the official bot. The same information can be obtained on the departure airport's website and in email or SMS notifications.

In addition, the airline reminded about the work of the forced refund service, which allows you to independently refund funds for tickets, including those that were purchased at non-refundable fares.

Lawyer Marianna Portnova told on June 4 how a passenger can refund money for a non-refundable ticket. According to her, such an operation is possible if the boarding pass holder either has a delayed flight or a close relative is ill.

In the first case, a person needs to get a note about the situation, and in the second case, provide the airline with a sick leave or an official medical certificate about the condition of a loved one.
