On June 11, the President of the International Football Federation (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, admitted that the organization was unable to exercise total control over all processes during the World Cup. He made the corresponding statement in connection with the incident surrounding the Somali arbitrator Omar Artan, who was denied entry to the country by the US authorities.
