The bus driver who rammed into a crowd in the center of Yekaterinburg told the Izvestia correspondent on June 10 the details of the accident. According to the man, he felt bad while driving a vehicle.

"I wanted to go faster, then my head hurt a lot, my eyes couldn't see anything, I hit the brake, and it was gas. It looks like it was. I don't remember anything," he said.

The Izvestia correspondent noted that the bus is still on the territory of the temple, investigative actions are currently being carried out there.

The State Traffic Inspectorate of the Sverdlovsk region reports on June 10 that in Yekaterinburg the circumstances of an accident involving a passenger bus and pedestrians, which led to the death of four people, are being established. The tragedy occurred in the city center, in the Leninsky district on 8 Marta Street near house No. 17. Traffic police officers, investigators and emergency services are working at the scene of the emergency.

The Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation announced the initiation of two criminal cases after an accident involving a shuttle bus in Yekaterinburg on the same day.
