The economist named a way not to run out of money a few days before payday
If a person feels that his income does not allow him to save, he probably does not know how to plan his expenses. This opinion was expressed by Candidate of Economic Sciences, financial analyst Mikhail Belyaev on Tuesday, June 9. He named a way not to run out of money a few days before payday.
"Planning does not mean that you have to be some kind of miser, deny yourself everything. You need to learn how to form your financial plan, plan your expenses, understand how much you spend per day when you have some increased expenses, anticipate them, somehow correlate the days and dates of expenses with the days and dates of income so that you don't have a gap," the economist said in an interview with Lenta.Ru.
According to the expert, in order to spend money wisely, you need to learn how to plan expenses. Belyaev noted that 10% can be painlessly postponed from any salary level, if it is not an absolute physiological minimum. At the same time, this amount should be deposited into a separate account as soon as income is received, he said.
Ismail Ismailov, an associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, told on June 8 how to effectively distribute salaries and save money. 360.ru .
According to the economist, 50% of income should be allocated to mandatory expenses and basic needs: rent or mortgage payments, grocery purchases, housing and communal services, education and medicines. Another 30% can be spent on entertainment, leisure and hobbies, and the expert recommended saving the remaining 20% for an airbag or investing it, according to the website. kp.ru .
Earlier, on June 1, Sergey Belyakov, president of the National Association of Non-Governmental Pension Funds, told Izvestia that parents in Russia can open accounts for long-term savings for children immediately after their birth.
