Residents of the Pskov region gave more than 130 million rubles to fraudsters.

Since the beginning of 2026, residents of the Pskov region have given almost 130.9 million rubles to fraudsters. A total of 199 people were injured.

In 117 cases, scammers convinced citizens to transfer savings to a "secure" account. Another 39 people were injured when buying goods online. The Pskov news feed writes about this.

28 people responded to the offer of additional earnings. In another 11 cases, citizens transferred funds to be "released" from liability.

A criminal case has been opened on each fact.

In the Irkutsk region, nine people gave fraudsters about 2 million rubles in three days.
