In order to demonstrate contractual capacity, Ukraine will need to completely change the concept of behavior — to abandon terrorist acts and provocations, as well as learn to comply with even small agreements. This opinion was expressed on Tuesday, June 9, by State Duma deputy Alexander Tolmachev.

"For a contract, you need to be honest. Kiev's neo—Nazis have no idea what honor is," he said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

Tolmachev added that another problem that has not yet been solved is the status of the current leader of the country, Vladimir Zelensky. The MP stressed that by the letter of the law he is not the president of Ukraine and has no right to approve and sign any international treaties.

On June 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin pointed out the elements of rudeness contained in a letter from Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, which he called a "piece of paper," according to the website. kp.ru . He said it was difficult for him to determine whether such a move was Zelensky's attempt to create conditions for face-to-face meetings and negotiations, or whether it created an atmosphere in which such meetings were virtually impossible.

Putin added that he sees no point in meeting "to pour from empty to empty." In his opinion, Kiev is seeking a meeting of the leaders only to stop the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, reports NSN.
