The architecture of the Russia—ASEAN Business Forum program has been published

The architecture of the Russia—ASEAN Business Forum, which will be held on June 17 on the sidelines of the Russia—ASEAN summit in Kazan at the Bashir Rameev IT Park, has been published. The main topic will be "Russia–ASEAN: Partnership without Borders". The Forum aims to form the foundation of a large and influential international discussion platform for substantive and professional discussion of the main areas of development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia and the ASEAN countries, as well as interaction within the framework of the EAEU—ASEAN partnership. The operator of the Business Forum is the Roscongress Foundation.

"In the year of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of relations between Russia and ASEAN, the Business Forum is of particular importance. Prominent politicians, representatives of the business community, and expert circles will focus on topics related to the search for optimal ways and forms of further expanding Russia's business ties with the ASEAN countries, new opportunities for partnership-oriented dialogue, the implementation of mutually beneficial projects, and the creation of favorable conditions for diversifying cooperation within the framework of the EAEU—ASEAN partnership."Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the Russia—ASEAN Summit Anton Kobyakov emphasized.

The program of the Russia—ASEAN Business Forum will be built around four areas: "Development of cooperation in the field of information technology and AI: fintech and smart cities", "International trade, food security and transport and logistics connectivity between Russia and the ASEAN countries", "Partnership within the EAEU – ASEAN: cooperation in the field of energy infrastructure and Industrial Cooperation" and "Traditional spiritual and moral values and models of state-religious relations in Russia and the ASEAN countries".

"The Russia–ASEAN Business Forum demonstrates the serious mutual interest of the business communities of our countries in expanding mutually beneficial cooperation. I am confident that the Forum will become an important dialogue platform for discussing the most pressing topics on the multilateral economic agenda, establishing direct contacts between entrepreneurs and building sustainable and long—term business partnerships," said Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

As part of the Business Forum program, representatives of the business delegations of the ASEAN member countries will inspect the exhibition of enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, and a visit to the Innopolis special economic zone will be organized. At the end of the Forum, a cultural program will be organized for the participants.
