Footage from the scene of the car bombing in Balashikha has been published

In Balashikha, Moscow region, law enforcement officers are looking for a man involved in the car bombing. Footage from the scene of the incident on June 9 is published by Izvestia.

According to preliminary data, an improvised explosive device with a capacity of about 300-400 grams of TNT was placed under the driver's seat of the car. One person was killed in the explosion.

Criminologists, employees of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia and operational services are working at the scene of the incident. The area is cordoned off, and specialists are carrying out the necessary investigative actions.

Prior to that, the press service of the Investigative Committee reported that an explosive device was detonated while the car was moving, and the driver died on the spot. The incident occurred near a residential apartment building on Koldunovo Street in Aviatorov microdistrict.
