Russia has demanded that the UN Secretary General condemn the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Starobilsk. The Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzia, declared the inadmissibility of covering up the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
