The United States will continue to seek a deal with Iran, as it considers it to be in its own interests. This was announced on June 8 by American Vice President Jay Dee Vance on the Fox News channel.
"We can achieve a long-term settlement on Iran's nuclear program. Israel may like it or not, but fundamentally we believe that it is in the interests of the United States. So we will continue to achieve this," Vance said.
