Ulyanov accused the IAEA of encouraging attacks on the nuclear power plant

Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's Permanent Representative to International Organizations in Vienna, expressed the opinion on June 8 that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)'s evasion from determining the responsible party in the attacks on the Zaporizhia NPP actually encourages new attacks on the plant.

"When the agency avoids naming the guilty party in every possible way, it thereby encourages Ukrainians to commit new crimes of this kind," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
