The United Russia Women's Movement in the Central Federal District (CFD) presented initiatives for a new national program at a meeting with the Secretary of the General Council of the party, Vladimir Yakushev. The event was held on the eve of the final district reporting and program forum, which will be held on June 9 in Moscow.

"Within the framework of the women's movement, there are already about 250,000 women who are implementing various projects within the framework of the Women's Movement. And those who still participate today and are close to the "Women's Movement of United Russia" are already almost a million. This is, let's say, a huge group of like-minded women who are really dealing with very important issues in our country today. And, of course, we must gain momentum here, we must deal with the women's agenda in a very substantive manner," Yakushev said.

Yakushev emphasized that the party's people's program includes a set of specific objects and initiatives linked to each municipality, so people who cast their votes for the party can see themselves in it.

"This is not a set of declarations and incomprehensible beautiful words, but a tool for our joint work. During the five years of the entire political cycle, we have been working on this document, we have indicators, we have specific figures that we should strive for," Yakushev said.

He added that the central executive committee of the party, together with the government, is conducting serious monitoring, the same thing is happening in the regions of the Russian Federation: the regional list contains specific names and addresses, so every resident can see what is in the program.

Senator Daria Lantratova, co-chair of the public council of the party project, said that the meetings of the Women's Movement activist with the party leadership make it possible to transform the requests of residents into specific tasks of state policy. She recalled that this year more than 2 million proposals have been received in the national program. Many of them have already started to be implemented, without waiting for the final formation of the document.

According to Lantratova, the proposals of the Central Federal District activists to the national program relate not only to the social sphere, but also to issues such as caring for the families of special operation soldiers, supporting children left without parents, women's policy, overhauling schools and kindergartens, and even gasification.

Separate proposals relate to admission to universities according to the quota for children affected by the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), reducing the time for reviewing applications for participants on leave, creating a unified system of cadet education and expanding the college overhaul program.

Igor Bryntsalov, Chairman of the Moscow State Duma, announced on May 19 that United Russia had summed up the results of its national program for a Healthy Family in the Moscow Region. In five years, the number of large families in the region has grown by 37%. At the initiative of the EP, the status of a large family has been consolidated at the federal level, the speaker of the Moscow State Duma recalled. Families with a third child can receive up to 450 thousand rubles for mortgage repayment.
