The armed forces of Ukraine have committed a war crime by attacking a passenger train in Crimea. This was announced on June 8 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"We strongly condemn these war crimes. All the perpetrators and those involved will be identified and will receive an inescapable and fair punishment," she said on the agency's website.
