The court of Tatarstan seized the land plot of one of the droppers, to whose bank card singer Larisa Dolina transferred money in 2024 on the instructions of fraudsters. It follows from the materials available to Izvestia on June 8.

It is noted that the area of the plot is 787 sq. m. Previously, 13 million rubles of unjustified enrichment and more than 1.8 million rubles as interest for using other people's money were recovered from the dropper in favor of the singer. Pavel Zaitsev, Chairman of the Moscow Bar Association Pavel Zaitsev and Partners, told Izvestia that the seized property would be put up for auction.

"The court has made a decision, the defendant has the right to appeal it. The cost of the plot should not be more than the damage caused, but if it is more, then part of the funds will be returned to the defendant. They are conducting an expert assessment, then there will be auctions," he explained.

Eight more droppers acted as defendants in Dolina's civil lawsuit — the court recovered a total of 62.7 million rubles from them.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of an apartment by Dolina. Courier Nadezhda Tsyrulnikova, who took money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Andrey Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev — were sentenced to four and seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles. Later, in February, the defendants in the case, convicted of participating in the scam, asked the court of appeal to overturn the verdict and return the materials to the prosecutor for additional investigation.
