Finnish politician predicted new arms shipments after Zelensky's visit to Britain

The visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to London indicates Europe's intention to continue supplying weapons to Kiev. This was announced on June 7 by Finnish politician Armando Mema, a member of the Freedom Alliance party.

"Since Zelensky is visiting London today, I understand that drone production will be increased, as well as pressure on Russia," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Mema stressed that it is extremely important to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict. At the same time, Europe does not want to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the crisis by continuing to supply and manufacture drones for Ukraine, he added. According to him, such an aggressive policy may be followed by a serious response from Russia.

On June 2, Zelensky announced a shortage of air defense systems and called on Western partners to strengthen military assistance to Ukraine. According to him, European countries need to actively develop their own ballistic defense systems, and the United States needs to increase the supply of missiles for Patriot complexes.

Bulgarian MP Angel Georgiev said on May 26 that Bulgaria had made a mistake by supplying weapons for the needs of the Kiev regime. The politician noted that local media focus on the situation around Ukraine, but at the same time forget about the situation in Africa, where conflicts also lead to casualties.
