Naran Ochir-Goryaev, a hero of Russia, a native of Kalmykia, with whom Russian President Vladimir Putin communicated during a direct line, died while performing a combat mission in the area of a special military operation. This was announced on June 5 by the head of the republic Batu Khasikov.
