Khatuna Atashyan, who offered cheap tours based on advertising, reimbursed the entire amount to the clients affected by the fraud. Her lawyer Valery Sarkisov informed Izvestia about this on June 5.

According to Sarkisov, the tour operator returned part of the money even before the arrest. At the same time, the day before, Atashyan fully reimbursed the remaining amount of 790 thousand rubles to three people who wrote the application.

The lawyer also confirmed that the arrest of the girl is planned on that day. It is noted that the period of detention — 48 hours — has already expired this night. Sarkisov claims that it was then that the accused should have been released.

At the same time, Atashyan was detained on a plane that was flying to Belarus, adds Sarkisov. The person involved wanted to hide in the republic because of threats and intimidation.

The woman posted information about foreign tours on social networks and messengers on attractive terms. The main clients of the swindler were bloggers and media personalities. According to investigators, the detainee promised them accommodation under advertising contracts or partner programs, claiming that they only needed to pay for the trip of their companions. The damage caused by the actions of the attacker exceeded 10 million rubles.

Russian bloggers told Izvestia that the fraudster, who deceived them for more than 50 million rubles, promised profitable tours by barter, but in fact embezzled money and only formally fulfilled the agreements. Aliya Yenikeeva, a singer and blogger with 4.6 million TikTok subscribers, also said that she was attracted to the collaboration by another blogger who praised the work of a certain Khatuna, who allegedly takes influencers to expensive hotels by barter.
