An explosion occurred at the Omani Mina al-Fahal oil terminal as a result of a drone attack. This was reported on June 5 by the Reuters news agency, citing sources.

"The Mina al-Fahal terminal in Oman has suspended oil loading after an explosion near its single-boom mooring berths," the publication says.

It is noted that the incident occurred between two systems for mooring ships as a result of an alleged drone attack.

The Mehr news agency reported on June 3 that an explosion had occurred near the island of Qeshm in Iran. It was noted that the investigation is ongoing to determine the exact cause of the explosion.

On May 28, Mehr reported that the Iranian Armed Forces fired warning shots at ships in the Strait of Hormuz that were trying to pass through the water corridor without prior approval. It is also noted that the sound of an explosion was heard in the Haft Shah area in Bushehr province. According to preliminary information, it is caused by the operation of Iran's air defense system.
