On June 4, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said in an open letter to Russian leader Vladimir Putin that he was not ready to go to Russia for talks.
"I am offering you a meeting," the head of the Kiev regime wrote in a letter, adding that he was ready to hold a meeting in a third country.
