New social facilities will be built in Kursk with the support of the PSB group.
PSB, the government of the Kursk Region and A7 signed a trilateral cooperation agreement on the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, the bank's press service reported. The document provides for the construction of a puppet theater and a leisure and recreation park in Kursk.
The agreement was signed by Peter Fradkov, Chairman of the PSB, Alexander Khinstein, Governor of the Kursk Region, and Ilan Shor, CEO of A7.
"We understand how important it is for children to grow up in an environment where there is a place for creativity, games, new experiences and family vacations. The construction of the puppet theater and recreation park in Kursk is aimed at creating new opportunities for leisure and joint pastime for the whole family. By supporting such projects, the PSB Group helps to create a modern and comfortable urban environment," said Petr Fradkov after the signing.
"For A7, business sustainability is inseparable from the development of the regions in which we operate. The project in the Kursk region is our contribution to a real improvement in the quality of people's lives. Together with the PSB and the leadership of the region, we will build a modern park and a new puppet theater building. We are taking over the infrastructure support of these facilities and will do everything to ensure that they open as soon as possible," Ilan Shor said.
