On June 4, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026), Bank ROSSIYA and ROSSETI Lenenergo signed a cooperation agreement aimed at expanding a mutually beneficial strategic partnership in the provision and use of banking products.

The agreement was signed by Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Igor Kuzmin, CEO of PJSC ROSSETI Lenenergo.

As part of the agreement, the parties plan to develop cooperation in the field of comprehensive banking services, including financing current activities and investment projects of ROSSETI Lenenergo, as well as improving the efficiency of managing the processes of interaction with an authorized credit institution for servicing participants in the wholesale electricity and capacity market (OREM).

"For our Bank, signing an agreement with ROSSETI Lenenergo on the sidelines of the forum is not just a formal step, but a confirmation of the high degree of trust that has developed over the years of joint work. We see great potential for further expansion of cooperation. The new document will allow us to offer the company even more advanced comprehensive banking products, effective financing mechanisms for large—scale investment programs, and advanced digital services necessary for reliable operation of the energy infrastructure and servicing electricity market participants," said Tatiana Polinko, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC ROSSIYA.

"Bank ROSSIYA is one of the key partners of ROSSETI Lenenergo, which is confirmed by our cooperation for more than 10 years. The signed agreement is important as part of the continuation of long—term ties with this major player in the country's financial market, allowing us to maintain a high level of comprehensive services, financing of investment projects and the use of modern digital solutions," said Igor Kuzmin, CEO of PJSC ROSSETI Lenenergo.

On this day, at the SPIEF site, Bank ROSSIYA and the Alabuga Industrial-type Special Economic Zone (SEZ) signed an agreement on expanding cooperation.
