The price of the new St. Petersburg-built Senat 900 sedan has become known

The new luxury sedan Senat 900 will cost in Russia from 12 million rubles. A representative of the manufacturer told Izvestia about this on June 4.

In the basic version, the Senat 900 will be a five-seater with aluminum interior trim. The model will also be presented in a four-seater version with separate rear seats, a passenger table and wood trim.

The Senat 900 is the first car of the new brand, it is based on the Chinese model and is not related to the products of the Russian Aurus. According to a company source, the new model is based on the Chinese Hongqi H9.

Its length is 5.14 m. The car is equipped with a three-liter V6 turbo engine located longitudinally, which is combined with an 8-speed hydromechanical automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive transmission. The engine power is 326 hp (340 Nm), acceleration from zero to "hundred" takes 6.5 seconds.

The premiere of the Senate 900 took place at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, launched production of the model at the former Toyota automobile plant in St. Petersburg during the forum.
