Bank ROSSIYA and mobile operator T2 have signed an agreement on cooperation and collaboration at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026).

The document was signed by Dmitry Buvin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA, and Irina Lebedeva, Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities of T2 Mobile LLC.

The agreement is aimed at strengthening partnerships and developing long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at implementing joint projects.

"Our cooperation with T2 has already passed the test of practice: a joint special mobile communication tariff for Bank ROSSIYA customers has been launched and is showing strong results, confirming the relevance of such solutions. The signing of the agreement for SPIEF 2026 is a logical step towards strengthening our partnership, which will provide customers with access to even more profitable and technologically advanced services," commented Dmitry Buvin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bank ROSSIYA.

"The partnership with Bank ROSSIYA ensures the synergy of the banking and telecommunications sectors and opens up prospects for the formation of innovative and sought-after offers. First of all, we will focus on creating and developing products for the Bank's VIP clients. T2 plans to launch the first joint solutions by the end of 2026," said Irina Lebedeva, T2's Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities.

On the same day, Bank ROSSIYA signed an agreement with the Government of St. Petersburg for SPIEF 2026. The document provides for the pooling of resources in the financial and credit sphere, for the socio-economic development of the Northern Capital, as well as the joining of Bank ROSSIYA to the St. Petersburg Unified Card project.
