The Ukrainian conflict can only be resolved through diplomacy, and there is no military solution to the situation. This was announced on June 3 by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"We believe that the conflict in Ukraine <...> has no military solution. It can only be resolved through diplomacy," Rubio said during a hearing in the U.S. House of Representatives.
