DOM.RF has announced the launch of a digital financial broker

At the session "The market under the control of platforms: where does the developer have his own game?" within the framework of SPIEF- 2026, a member of the Board of DOM.Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOM Bank.Nikolay Kozak spoke about the development of new services on the nash.dom.rf platform.

According to him, the platform, which has already become a backbone element of the primary real estate market, continues to expand and forms a full-fledged digital environment for choosing housing and conducting transactions safely.

"Buying a property is not the easiest deal. It is becoming increasingly important to work in a single trusted digital circuit, where data about the project, house and apartment are reliable, secure and the same for all market participants. Our approach differs not in the mechanics of promotion and auctions for user attention, but in the transparency of data and uniform rules of operation for all market participants," said Nikolai Kozak.

Together with DOM partner banks.Russia plans to launch a digital financial broker. The new service will combine the housing selection process with the selection of mortgage and other financial instruments, including government support measures. The next stage of development will be the possibility of making deals directly on the platform.

Nikolai Kozak emphasized that today the platform is visited by more than 10 million people annually, and its audience continues to grow. In 2026, special attention is being paid to the development of the marketplace of new buildings on the our.dom platform.Russia, improving client scenarios and simplifying the apartment selection process.

"Competition in the new building market is gradually shifting from the struggle for advertising to the quality and transparency of data. The higher the trust in the information about the project and the apartment, the higher the trust in the transaction itself," added Nikolai Kozak.
