The Russian government intends to allocate 3 billion rubles for the construction and overhaul of schools in the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD). This was announced on June 3 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
In addition, almost 4.5 billion rubles will additionally compensate for the cost of renting, buying or building housing for residents of the Kursk and Belgorod regions who were forced to leave their homes.
