The death toll from the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on a bus in the DPR has increased to eight

The death toll from a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a bus in Yenakievo, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), has increased to eight people. This was announced on June 3 by the head of the region Denis Pushilin.

"What is known now: <...> eight dead," he said in an interview with the Zvezda TV channel.

According to the head of the DPR, 53 passengers were registered on the Podolsk — Simferopol flight. It is currently being clarified which of them entered and exited at intermediate stops.

Pushilin said that 11 people were injured in the attack. Ten victims are in hospitals, and one more was treated on an outpatient basis. He also noted that the identities of the victims have not yet been established, as the documents were burned.
