PSB and T2 have signed an agreement to launch joint products
On the sidelines of SPIEF 2026, PSB and the Russian mobile operator T2 signed an agreement on the comprehensive development of joint products and loyalty programs, the bank's press service reported. The document was signed by Alexey Shchavelev, Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Business at PSB, and Irina Lebedeva, T2's Deputy General Director for Commercial Affairs.
As part of the agreement, the participants plan to develop special offers for the sale of financial products and services, as well as introduce new technological solutions in the field of communications. For example, the MiXX multi-subscription is already being integrated into the PSB loyalty program for retail customers.
"Combining our technological competencies and capabilities allows us to create a comprehensive digital infrastructure for identifying customer needs, developing personalized solutions and implementing high—demand products, ensuring high standards of security and data protection," said Alexey Shchavelev.
"Together with the PSB, we are moving from point-to-point interaction to systemic synergy. We combine retail channels and synchronize product lines to create more personalized customer paths and measurable advertising mechanics. Such cooperation between the telecom and financial sectors will allow us to launch in-demand services faster, increase conversion and open new commercial models for consumers and businesses," said Irina Lebedeva.
