A 34-year-old local resident has been detained in Volgograd, who assisted telephone fraudsters from Ukraine in stealing money from Russians, including family members of missing or captured members of the SVR. This was announced on June 3 by the Center for Public Relations of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia.

"The illegal activities of a Volgograd resident born in 1992 who was involved in high treason have been suppressed. <...> The total damage inflicted on citizens amounted to about 300 million rubles," the agency said.
