A 65-year-old man died as a result of a fire in the Cornflower horticulture in Angarsk. This was reported on June 3 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Irkutsk region.
"The open gorenje was eliminated within 20 minutes. During the pouring and dismantling of structures in the house, the deceased was found on the floor," the message in the Maks messenger says.
It is specified that a fire was reported in a one-story garden house on 1st Street on June 2 at 17:38 (12:38 Moscow time). Four pieces of equipment and 14 employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the site.
By the time they arrived, the house was engulfed in intense fire, the roof had completely collapsed, and the floors had partially collapsed. According to preliminary information, the fire occurred due to careless handling of fire while smoking.
On May 26, the Governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, reported a fire in a private apartment building in Lipetsk. It became known that the fire spread to parked cars and outbuildings. Later, the regional prosecutor's office reported that the collapse of a house in Lipetsk could have been caused by a gas explosion. On the same day, rescuers began searching for three people who were trapped under the rubble.
