"As for the time frame and 2028, I believe that the restoration of their launch pad [by that time] is achievable," TASS quoted him as saying.

The head of NASA noted that the restoration of the launch pad, in his estimation, will be lengthy. According to Isaakman, NASA's experience shows that the restoration of such infrastructure takes a lot of time.
