In Kirov, an intoxicated man with an axe in his hands intimidated passers-by, broke into other people's cars and smashed windows. A source told Izvestia about this on Monday, June 1.

The incident occurred in the courtyard of a house on Consumer Cooperation Street. According to the source, the local resident first smashed the security cameras in the entrance, and then went to the parking lot. There, the attacker tried to hijack a motorcycle, but fled after the alarm went off. Next, the man began checking parked cars for open doors, pulling the handles. A brawler chopped off the rear wiper of one of the closed cars with an axe.

During the pogrom, the Kirov resident also chased random passers-by. People were forced to run away from the yard in a panic, fearing an attack by an armed man.

Upon arrival of police officers at the scene, a resident of Kirov barricaded himself in an apartment and continued to behave aggressively. The man threw dangerous objects out of the windows and from the balcony, including a bottle and a knife.

According to the source, the detainee is organizing underground fighting tournaments in the city. Details about the condition of the injured and the damage caused are being established.

In Makhachkala, on June 1, a 52-year-old man stabbed his older brother to death because of an undivided inheritance. According to the Izvestia source, the incident occurred at a bus station on Akhmet Khan Sultan Avenue. The man came to his relative, the minibus driver, to talk about the division of property. The conversation escalated into a conflict, and the younger brother stabbed the elder with a knife.
