The Ukrainian Armed Forces repeatedly attacked a school in Vasilyivka, Zaporizhia region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) On Children's Day, the school building in Vasilevka in the Zaporizhia region was attacked again. This was announced on June 1 by Natalia Romanichenko, head of the Vasilyevsky Municipal District administration.

"At about 19:00 (Moscow time), the school building was attacked by an airplane—type UAV, which caused significant damage," she said in a video message posted on her Telegram channel.

Romanichenko called the attack by Ukrainian militants terrorists and stressed that no one was injured as a result of the strike.

The Governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, announced on the same day that an APU drone had attacked school No. 1 in the city of Vasilyevka. According to the governor, the attack took place around 6:00 a.m. As a result of the impact, the roof of the primary school building was damaged. Balitsky noted that the victims and injured were avoided.
